1) Acceptance of terms

2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and have legal capacity. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login and notifying us of unauthorised use.
3) Permitted use
You agree not to: (i) misuse the site; (ii) introduce malware; (iii) copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or frame without permission; (iv) infringe intellectual property; or (v) use the site unlawfully.
4) Your content (CVs, job briefs, messages)
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you submit.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use submitted content solely to provide recruitment and related services, including sharing with prospective employers or service providers under NDPR/GDPR-compliant contracts.
- We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
5) Service limits & no guarantees
We don’t guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular hiring outcome. Clients make final decisions.
6) Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute except as allowed by law.
7) Third-party links & tools
We may link to third-party sites/tools (e.g., ATS embeds, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
8) International use & data transfers
If you access the site from outside Nigeria, you’re responsible for compliance with local law. Cross-border transfers are handled per NDPR/GDPR using White List adequacy, SCCs/BCRs, or documented consent, see Privacy Policy.
9) Suspension & termination
We may suspend/terminate access for policy or legal violations, or to protect the platform and users.
10) Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud).
11) Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
